Give Roblox high priority in task manager. I ran a command in CMD to ping google and it showed the ping going to over 100 about every 7 seconds. What you do is run your own ping plotter. It is very noticible and impacts my performance. They also happen at least once an hour and last 10-30 seconds, sometimes even 3 times an hour (I know its a weird issue).
